- Prep the wings. Pat wings dry, then toss with olive oil, salt,pepper, garlic powder, paprika, soy sauce, and honey.
- Low bake for juiciness. Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 30 minutes. Thisslow start keeps the meat tender.
- Crisp them up. Increase heat to 425°F (220°C) and bake 15–20minutes until the skin is golden and crisp.
- Rest. Let wings rest 5 minutes so juices settle.
- For next‑day moisture. Store in an airtight container whilestill slightly warm (not hot). Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10minutes.
