I fall at your feet, Merciful Savior, aware of my nothingness and your sublimity; and I thank you for the grace you showed me, an ungrateful creature.
I thank you, above all, that you have delivered me, by your precious blood, from the internal power of Satan.
I beseech my beloved Mother Mary, my Guardian Angel, my Patron Saint and all the heavenly host, I voluntarily consecrate myself, with a sincere heart, O dearest Jesus, to your precious Blood, in which you redeemed the world from sin and death and hell.
I promise, Your Grace and my greatest love, to cite and propagate the devotion of Your Precious Blood, the Fund of our redemption, so that Your adorable Blood may be honored and glorified by all.
But I want to make amends for my ingratitude against Your Precious Blood of charity, and to satisfy You for the many sacrileges that men commit against the Precious Cost of their salvation.
O that my sins, carelessness and irreverent acts which I have committed against you, would be erased, O Holy and Precious Blood!
Behold, I offer Thee, dear Jesus, the charity, honor and adoration which Thy Most Holy Mother, Thy faithful disciples and all the Saints have bestowed upon Thy Precious Blood. Therefore I pray you to forget my old infidelity and ingratitude, and to justify all your offenders.
O Divine Savior! Sprinkle me and all men with Your Precious Blood to love You, O Crucified Love, from this now and with all our hearts, we will certainly honor the Indemnity of our salvation with dignity! Amen
